Vesper invites all lovebirds to celebrate the most romantic night of the year with our Valentine’s Special a la carte menu including Foie gras pate’, seasonal crispy mushrooms, fresh raspberry, porto wine reduction, Rack of lamb in black olives crust, grilled asparagus, beetroot sauce and celeriac purée and Soft and creamy traditional italian pudding revisited with panettone cake and chocolate sauce by our head chef Francesco Deiana.
