The Art Book, our new cocktail menu
From November 22nd onwards
The eagerly-anticipated and much-awaited new cocktail menu 'The Art Book' is finally here.
Inspired by the Modern Art movement of the 1860s - 1970s whereby artists such as Pablo Picasso and Rene Magritte broke away with traditions and started experimenting with new ways of seeing the world around them, the menu is a 9-month collaboration between Owner Choti Leenutaphong and Group Bar Manager and WORLD CLASS’s Southeast Asia Best Bartender 2016 Pailin Sajjanit. The 14 new drinks are intended to represent the underlying meaning of each artwork in a way the artists have intended to communicate. Highlights include George Braque's cubism masterpiece 'Rum & Guitar', our reinterpretation of blueberry cheesecake into the mix of Ketel One, yoghurt, lemon, egg white and blueberry jam; and 'The Persistence of Memory' by Salvador Dali exploring how a subject can change over time when left in an unfamiliar surrounding through the use of Tanqueray, Fever Tree tonic and pistachio cream.
See you soon!
