Hail from the beautiful Italian island of Sardinia, Chef Francesco aims to wow discerning guests with authentic and soulful Italian cuisine with his brand of creative touch. With more than 10 years of experience in Italian gastronomy, Chef Francesco is proud to present his creations that will be made with respect to Italian regional traditions using premium ingredients from artisanal producers.
