Here comes the new specials for this summer! Chef-partner Luca Appino and head chef Mirco Zompo proudly present new dishes inspired by fresh ingredients and the flavours of summer that will sure to tickle your palate. Highlights include smoked sea bass carpaccio; porchetta ('Roman style' roast pork) directly flown in from the Italian town of Ariccia and spicy nduja sausage with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
