Our new specials for March - April is out, and we are very excited about it. Head Chef Mirco Zompo presents you with dishes inspired by his native land, Alto Adige as well as his take on some of Italian favourites, albeit with creative twists. Not to mention, the White Asparagus season is upon us and what's better to celebrate this than to have the white asparagus risotto or fresh white asparagus with Bolzanina sauce. Yummy!
